J.J. Cutler, Executive Vice President, Growth
J. J. Cutler provides leadership for growth and retention efforts for ARAMARK Healthcare in North America. In this role, he is responsible for developing segment and channel strategies to accelerate opportunities for the organization. J.J. originally joined the company in 2004 as Senior Vice President of Marketing and led the development of the ARAMARK Healthcare brand.
Most recently, J.J. worked for the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. Initially hired as Director of M.B.A. Admissions and Financial Aid, he was promoted to Deputy Vice Dean of M.B.A. Career Management, Admissions, and Financial Aid in a unique university role that combined the route to entry as the Head of Admissions and the route to exit, namely career services. He maintains strong ties to the University and is an active member of the alumni community.
Prior to joining the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, J.J. served as President of Lindi Skin, a start-up skin care business for people with cancer, where he developed a strategic vision and successfully positioned the Lindi Skin brand.
J.J. also had extensive experience at Johnson & Johnson in a variety of roles that included managing the Tylenol PM, Motrin and Pepcid brands, as well as new market development.
J.J. earned his B.A. in communications from the University of Pennsylvania and his M.B.A. in operations management and strategic management from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. He also serves on the Board of the Independence Visitors Center Corporation.
